By applying our unique silicone coating over your existing damaged (or new) roof, we can eliminate the need for costly roof tear-offs. This seamless, gapless, waterproof system prevents water from infiltrating your roof which stops future roof failures and leaks.
Where Silicone Can Be Applied
We can apply silicone over numerous roof systems including a rusty metal roof, an EPDM roof, and a foam roof. The silicone system fully adheres to the roof substrate which eliminates the common sources of leaks and pooling water beneath roofing materials.
1. Eco-friendly system: It is a highly-reflective white coating (up to 7 LEED points) which gives the roof a cooler value.
2. Reduced energy costs: A cool roof reduces energy costs and increases comfort levels by reducing temperature fluctuation inside a building. The average energy savings ranges from 7% to 15% of the total energy costs.
